Meet Our Podiatric Team

Dr. Gary Raymond, DPM 

Dr. Raymond is a native of Gallitzin and a graduate of Penn Cambria High School. He is Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery, a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

 

He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate and received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia where he ranked 4th in his class. After completing his surgical residency at the Community Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, Dr. Raymond returned to Altoona where he has been practicing since 1983.  He was a member of the Pi Delta Honor Society, Stirling Hartford Anatomical Society and the National Dean’s List. He has been published in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Journal of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons

 

He lives in Hollidaysburg with his wife, Donna, two children, Carly and Alex and two grandchildren. Dr. Raymond enjoys working out, swimming, golf and spending time with his family.

Dr. Bill Wiedemer, DPM 

Dr. Wiedemer is a native of Duncansville, PA.  He is Board Certified in the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

 

Dr. Wiedemer has more than twenty years experience in the podiatric field. With his vast experience, Dr. Bill is able to use his knowledge to treat all types of conditions.

Dr. James Cancilleri, DPM 

We welcome to the area Dr. James Cancilleri, DPM. He is a board certified podiatrist at Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics and Podiatry (AOP).

A native of the Philadelphia region, Dr. Cancilleri has more than twenty years of podiatric experience. He has owned his own practice as well as been employed by several organizations in the Philly/New Jersey region. Dr. Jim spent some time at Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma and has trained U.S. Army Special Forces Medics and also served as a consultant to the Philadelphia Flyers Hockey team.
