Medical Assistant
Hiring Immediately!
Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics and Podiatry, with locations in Altoona, State College, Ebensburg, Huntingdon and Bedford, is looking for a Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a podiatry or orthopedic office, but it is not required. Duties will include but are not limited to, assistance with lifting and transitioning patients as needed, documentation in EHR and hands on patient care. This is a full time position with varying hours, PTO, health insurance and 401k package.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting Program, other certifications considered

Strong knowledge of anatomy and terminology

Extreme attention to detail

Self-motivation and flexibility

Positive team player with a high energy level

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work evenings

Ability to travel to work at our various locations

Possibility exists for 4 day work week

Podiatrist
Advanced Regional Center for Ankle and Foot Care is actively seeking a trained podiatrist who is a motivated team-player to become an Associate Physician at Advanced Regional Center for Orthopedics and Podiatry.
You will be joining a team of six dynamic and talented podiatrists who enjoy this atmosphere while they continue to have busy surgery schedules at our local hospitals. The practice maintains six locations – Altoona (main office), State College, Ebensburg, Huntingdon and Bedford. Staff and surgical privileges at area hospitals.
